At Gloro, we take great care in preparing and packaging every order. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to have a smooth shopping experience.
Returns & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

Product received is damaged or defective.

Wrong product received.

Missing item from the order.
To be eligible:

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

You must share clear images/videos of the package opening and the issue with the product.

The product must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

Change of mind or personal preference.

Minor colour differences due to lighting or screen settings.

Products damaged due to improper use, water exposure, perfume, chemicals, or lack of care.

Used, worn, altered, or damaged jewellery.

Orders where an unboxing video is not available for damage claims.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer/UPI after verification.
Exchange Policy
If your product qualifies for an exchange, we will arrange a replacement after verification. Exchange availability depends on stock.
Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for return.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
