Return & Exchange Policy

At Gloro, we carefully inspect and package every order to ensure you receive your jewellery in perfect condition. We want you to love your purchase, and we are here to help if there is an issue with your order.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following situations:

  • Product received is damaged or defective.

  • Wrong product received.

  • Product received is different from what was ordered.

  • Any missing item from the order.

To request a return or exchange:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear images and an unboxing video showing the issue.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and returned with the original packaging.

Non-Eligible Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.

  • Size issues if product measurements were already mentioned on the product page.

  • Minor colour differences due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or usage.

  • Jewellery exposed to water, perfume, chemicals, sweat, or moisture.

  • Used, worn, altered, or missing original packaging products.

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.

Exchange Process

If your request is approved:

  1. Contact our support team with your order details and issue proof.

  2. Our team will verify the request.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange the replacement process.

  4. Replacement products will be shipped after verification.

Exchange availability depends on product stock.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued for approved cases where replacement is not possible.

  • Prepaid order refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • COD order refunds will be processed through bank transfer/UPI after verification.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged Product Claims

For damage-related claims, an unboxing video is required. Without proper proof, we may not be able to approve a return or exchange request.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
